Through the Sigma Pi Educational Foundation’s Designated Educational Area (DEA) Grant Program, we are committed to creating spaces that foster academic success and personal development along with housing needs.

We are excited to announce the launch of our fundraising campaign ETA KAPPA ONE to build a new chapter house—a state-of-the-art facility that will serve as a hub for learning, leadership, and lifelong brotherhood. Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to raise $1,000,000 over the next three years through alumni pledges and commitments.

The Eta Kappa Chapter of Sigma Pi has been a cornerstone of brotherhood, leadership, and academic excellence at East Carolina University for decades. It has been a home, a launching pad for lifelong friendships, and a foundation for personal and professional growth and with your help we can; together provide a permanent solution to the housing and social needs of our chapter.
ETA KAPPA ONE BUILDING ASSOCIATION
The fraternity house for the Eta-Kappa Chapter of Sigma Pi will be owned and maintained by the Eta Kappa One Building Association (EKOBA). The EKOBA will lead the efforts over the next three years thru 2028 fundraising for a new house to be built near campus.
